On another note - I heard something really wonderful on one of my favorite radio shows - Life Coaching with Sophie Herbert on the Martha Stewart channel on Sirius radio. She had a guest that drove by a church that had a big sign in front that read 'If you are looking for a sign, this is it'.
I thought that was pretty great because often times we are waiting for something or for someone to tell us we can do it, before we do the things that we really want to do in life. Like there will be some sign that will tell us the next step is really meant to happen.

Why not stop waiting, and just get out there and do it? I thought that was a great story, especially because in my own life there was a time where I focused a lot on the past and negativity, and basically wasted a lot of precious time. This year I plan to take Sophie's advice - and who knows what might happen? I am definitely excited to find out!

I love that polka dot blouse SO much. The gold metallic elevates dots to a whole new level. What a great realization to come to. So much easier said than done (in my own case). I have a bad habit of dwelling on the negative, or psyching myself out of things - like listing all the reasons I couldn't or shouldn't do something. Silly, isn't it? Some of my biggest regrets in life are from things that I talked myself out of. "If you're looking for a sign..." is a GREAT mantra to dwell on. Have a good one, mama.
