We are really getting some snow flurries and everything is looking like winter right about now. That is especially exciting for this California girl who saw her first real snowflake at age 19. I had seen snow, but never actual falling snow. So when I get to look outside and see a blanket of snow over the grass and pond, and tops of trees poking out – I appreciate the view knowing that I missed out on that beauty for so many years.

On to the look, I bought this dress from Matchesfashion.com – one of my absolute favorite websites to shop and even more accurately so, window shop. They have some of the best editorials and styling on their site. They also have crazy sales once in a while so it is worth it to go back often. I styled my dress for a day look with tights, denim jacket, and my fingerless mittens.
