Outfit Idea – Weekend Casual

Tonight I went to my hot yoga class, and I was seriously playing the victim and suffering through the entire class. You know how in yoga, you are supposed to find the joy in the pain, etc. etc.? Well I hadn’t been to class in over two weeks, so it felt like I was starting from square one again – everything was so hard. Also, on a side note, I also forgot my bottled water and left my wallet in the car so I couldn’t buy a bottle in time for class – and not having the water bottle there in case of an emergency definitely added to my frustration. Then about half way through class,  I noticed the girl next to me was being even more victim-like than me, she was swearing and huffing and puffing – and even snapped at the teacher when she was helping her get into the pose. She ended up leaving class early too. After seeing her, I was motivated to not be like her and to just try to get through class thinking of all of the benefits I was getting by being there. Class was still hard, but for some reason it got a little easier once I decided I didn’t want to be like that girl. Whatever works, right?

On to the look, Oscar Wilde once said that color can ‘speak to the soul in a thousand different ways.’ I’m obviously a big fan of wearing color, and this weekend look I’ve created has a great peach/pink combination that I am pretty obsessed with right now. I’m also a big fan of adding color in accessories like the hot pink on the sandals, or the cross body bag.
The bracelet from J.Crew is on sale too – 30% off with code GOSHOP!
