Striped in The Mission

I’m proud to announce I’ve made a few changes here on the blog, first I’ve added the “outfits” tab, so you can easily scroll through my outfits and go directly to that post – I am adding more outfits to it as well – it was fun for me to see the way my style has evolved over the years. I am even more proud that I did all the coding myself! Anything truly is possible!

This past weekend I spent alone with Adam, both of us sick as dogs – I took off early on Thursday and took Friday off from work as well. The boys had a golf weekend planned for months and I didn’t feel like it would do any of us any good having the hubs stay behind to tend to us. So me and my baby lounged around and slept a ton, only waking up to eat or take some meds, I feel like I look about five years younger after all that sleep- and Adam maybe 6 months younger 🙂 Sunday we woke up early, showered and spent the entire day outside enjoying the sunshine. I’m so beyond ready for summer!

About the look, I wore this Buckley K dress, last styled here, during my recent trip to San Francisco. We went on a walking food tour in the Mission district and I shot a few pics of some of the murals we passed. San Francisco is cold one minute, warm the next, so layering is essential. I layered this J.Crew sweatshirt over my dress when the sun went away or we were in a breezy spot. This sweatshirt has been worn so many times I can’t even tell you – it is so soft and cozy but it doesn’t look frumpy or too casual, it is the perfect ‘dressy’ sweatshirt (and it is on sale right now!)
