Love Zahra + Tommy Bahama + Windy City Bloggers

I hope you all had a nice Father’s day! We spent the day with family, enjoying the sunny day and visiting the pool and seeing Adam’s Nana and Pappy and cousins. It is so amazing to see how much Adam’s relationship with his dad has grown over the years. He went from being a complete mama’s boy, to now trying to be just like his daddy in every way. It is so sweet, even though sometimes I miss my little mama’s boy, I love how they share a special bond over things like fishing, swimming, and building forts. I’m still the one he runs to first when he scrapes his knee though…and I’m cool with that 🙂

For this special day, we wanted to be comfortable and dressed for a day at the pool. Tommy Bahama has a great collection of warm weather clothes that are perfect for casual or dressed up looks. Check out my instagram post where I tried on a few of my favorite pieces available in store now:

I had so much fun collaborating with the Windy City Bloggers and Tommy Bahama to create these looks, the only hard part was deciding on which pieces to go with because there were so many things I wanted. There are full lines of clothing and accessories for men and women, including some really unique hand-made jewelry.

I went with this cute off-the shoulder dress (available in-store, not online at the moment) which has a belt that can be worn looser to make the dress longer, or tightened to wear the dress as a top. I wore it as a cover-up and the lightweight fabric was perfect for quick drying. I was drawn to this piece because of the beautiful floral embroidery, and because my obsession with off the shoulder tops is still going strong.
