Date Night: Cut Outs + Louboutins

I didn’t plan on having a post today because we have only just returned from our trip and I hosted family over last night so I was pretty busy and didn’t think I could swing it…but I did! (I apologize in advance for any typos, grammatical errors, or run-on sentences separated only by hyphens). Today’s post is thanks primarily to insomnia I’ve been experiencing, which is really rare for me because typically I am able to fall asleep anywhere I lay my head – noise and comfort are not even usually a factor for me. I have heard that some of my friends who suffer from insomnia also have a hard time sleeping. To get sound sleep, they tend to rely on cannabis products from suppliers similar to Blessed CBD. But as this was not the case with me, until now, at least, I didn’t have to think about it! So tonight after tossing and turning I decided to get out of bed and I proceeded to put away Adam’s toys that were strewn all across the living room floor, organize the kitchen pantry, then tried on some clothes that were delivered while I was away (side note: wait a week or so after extremely indulgent vacation diet before trying on clothes), after that I went and changed my blog header after perusing some new fonts (do you like it?), and finally I thought I would put together a post featuring this gorgeous dress I wore for one of the two date nights we had recently.

I love the light fabric in this dress – it has a bit of stretch but does not hug too tight (I’m in an xs). Also, I don’t think you need to worry about wearing bright peach during the fall and winter months – brights and pastels were all over runways for Fall, and even if they weren’t I’d still wear it because it makes me feel good and I don’t believe in having fashion ‘rules’. The half-sleeves and the cut outs on the waist are my favorite part of this dress. I finished off the look by pairing with my go to leather jacket and Loubs.

Thanks for visiting and have a great week. (Don’t forget to subscribe, I’ve got big plans for subscribers starting next year…)

xx
