NYFW + What I Wore

In an amazing feat, I managed to pack an entire week’s work of clothing, shoes, and accessories for Fashion week in only one suitcase – but as luck would have it, the polar vortex came through and half of the week I was forced to leave my fabulous fashion-week-worthy pieces behind and throw on the equivalent of a snowsuit. Side note:  anyone who wore anything less, especially on Saturday when the wind chill brought temps to -45 degrees, is definitely not human and you definitely shouldn’t trust them. I did get a chance to photograph three of my outfits, with the help my friend, fellow Chicagoan, and fashion week partner-in-crime @lubnahassan. We are shooting right outside of my bff’s awesome place in Chelsea, she was sweet enough to host me while I was in town.

Scroll down to see the three looks that made the cut…

P.S. This first outfit is what got featured in the best NYFW street style list!
