Black and Lace

Okay so an update on my medical situation, I definitely have a piece of glass in my face and I will need to have it surgically removed. Never again will I hold a fragile glass in my hand around a fiesty toddler. Ladies, if you have or plan to have babies, please take my advice and invest in a helmet!

About the outfit, I got this gorgeous necklace for my birthday from my mom, along with a bunch of other hand-me-down pieces of jewelry. One of the perks of being Pakistani is that our moms HOARD jewelry. It is definitely a gene that I inherited!

This bodysuit from Guess by Marciano is the first bodysuit I’ve ever purchased, but I love it! The blouse is a little risque (think j-lo on the red carpet in that green versace dress), but with a tank underneath-it is totally wearable for every day. I love it with the feminine look of the lace skirt. The skirt runs a little big, which is surprising for h&m, but it is so comfortable!
