If you are looking to buy just one more pair of pumps for the summer, I’d say make it a neon. I’m obsessed with these and I keep finding new ways to wear them. Here are three ways I’d style a pair of neon pumps. How would you style them?

So I recently learned about a couple of cool Father’s Day ideas for all of you Chicago girls (and guys!). When I was in Hawaii, stand-up paddle surfing was THE thing to do. You can treat your dad or baby daddy to a Stand-up Paddleboarding lesson on GiltCity.com. Or you could even do a Sailing lesson, which goes on sale starting today – both gifts are seriously discounted on GiltCity.com. You can tell him you are welcome from me!
On another note I finally got a chance to finish Sheryl Sandberg’s book Lean In and I’d recommend it to everyone! This is the first whole book I’ve read since I had my son, and I’ve started reading plenty. The book really gets to the heart of why many women do not rise through the ranks and become leaders within their organizations. It was interesting to read about women subconsciously holding ourselves back in order to fit in and be liked, or at least to avoid being disliked. What the book does not do, is belittle women who choose to stay home to raise their children, despite what some critics say. If you read it and want to chat, let me know!
