I went to Nordstrom to pick out a dress for the segment, and I tried on so many different dresses it was maddening. The funny thing is this was the very first dress I picked – something about the print and the colors really caught my eye. Some of the other dresses were adorable, but they were either too short, too revealing, or too much of a hassle for me. I knew I was going to be running around all morning styling 8 models for the show, so I had to be sure my own wardrobe was the least of my worries.

There is something about a wrap dress that is just so elegant and timeless. It also still looks great even if you gain a little weight because it can be wrapped a little bit looser – very important bonus for moms and moms-to-be. Diane von furstenberg created an empire off of this style, and I don’t think it is going anywhere any time soon…
