First off, if you haven’t voted yet, you can still vote and help me with a trip to New York Fashion Week as the brand ambassador for Diamondere jewelry! I honestly don’t like to do contests that require you guys to sign up for things, or do a lot of work in general because who has the time?! But this one is really easy – you just like the Diamondere Facebook page, and vote for my entry to the contest. There is a place where you can put your information to enter you to win $250 worth of jewelry – but if you just want to skip that part and just put in your vote – that is totally fine. You can vote every hour if you want! Contest ends on August 23rd!

Also, I’ve updated the shortcut to all of my my recent outfit posts here.
About today’s look – we had a bit of a chill in temps today, so I thought I’d whip out some of my favorite things for fall and create an outfit post.
I was so excited to find this skirt and cropped sweater combo while shopping online for some fall updates to my wardrobe. If you want to wear a crop top to work, this is the one to pick. You can even pull the skirt up higher and cover up any midriff. I love the classic stripe, and I know I will get a lot of wear out of these pieces because I can style each in a variety of ways. The top can be paired with high-rise jeans, or over a dress, and the skirt can be worn with a tank or t-shirt, or with a blouse tucked in.
The booties are the perfect transitional fall shoe, the heel is high but it is chunky so it is actually really comfortable. My Tory Burch Robinson Satchel is one of my absolute favorite bags – I seriously take this bag on almost every flight I go on. I’m pretty hard on my bags, and this one has stayed in great shape! I love it in black as well – it is a great color and style for work.
What are some of your favorite pieces for fall?
