Another of my favorite looks from Fashion Week was this floral trouser outfit, last styled here. I was on the hunt for a floral that was a little bit sophisticated, and the leather trim on the waist and front pockets was what did it for me. I kept the rest of the look simple, with minimal accessories and jewelry.
Posting these pictures makes me really miss being in New York and in the frenzy that is Fashion Week. I am now following my favorite bloggers and their journeys through London, Paris, and Milan and I just don’t know how they do it, all while looking amazing every day. #dreamlife
While in NYC my girlfriends and I realized that actually, despite the super cool (ha ha) image we like to portray, our favorite thing to do was to just hang out together, order in takeout, discuss philosophy and politics, and then watch documentaries until the wee hours of the morning. In light of that realization, I’ve been making good use of my Hulu plus account – they have a great selection! Also, I recently watched the documentary Rich Hill – and I highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already. It is the story of three boys living in poverty in rural United States, and the circumstances they are faced with on a daily basis. I definitely teared up more than once.
P.S. Don’t forget to check out my newly updated Outfits section, for quick reference to my recent looks!
And of course, many thanks for stopping by! xX
