Schoolboy

The Schoolboy blazer from J.Crew is one of my favorite pieces for fall. I have had this one for at least 2 maybe 3 years now, and every year it is still the perfect blazer to throw on if I want to stay warm and look pulled together. I wear it with a hoodie and jeans for a casual look, but here I’ve amped up the style with a crop top/skirt combo and these gorgeous boots I recently got from Gilt.com (on sale for $179!).

So the latest in the Sandberg home, I am realizing my son is getting a little too smart for me. I asked him to put his video game down so we could get dressed and go out, and so he looks out in to the backyard and says ‘mommy – look at your pretty flowers!’ and I agreed with him, and thought yes my flowers are still looking pretty good for this time of year – then I look back at him and his head is down playing his video game! I called him out on it too – I said ‘You tricked me!’ and he just started laughing. I think I am in for some big trouble…
