Burgundy Leather Jacket and High-Waist Denim

This past weekend we had an impromptu staycation, with Adam’s grandparents taking him for three (blissfully peaceful) days. Of course we jumped at the opportunity, we have not actually been away from him for that long of a stretch in his entire lifetime. At first we thought we were going to go out and party all night in the city, but we settled on taking it easy and relaxing at home during the day and going out for dinners at night. We did pretty well not spending the entire time talking about Adam, although by Sunday morning we definitely found ourselves missing him terribly and we ended up watching old videos of him and laughing at his antics to console ourselves 🙂

When I’m looking to dress for the boys, (well one boy in particular) I think you can’t beat a pair of high-waist jeans. They automatically give an hourglass shape, hugging in everything that needs hugging in, which is probably why they’re so popular. I find that a lot of women automatically feel a lot more comfortable if they are able to hide all of the areas that they’re not happy with. And why shouldn’t they? If their insecurities aren’t hidden by the high-waisted jeans that they’ve decided to wear, they can always opt for some Shapewear clothing that can provide them with an hourglass figure instead. Either option works just as well and as I can tell you how good high-waisted jeans are, my friend has vouched for the type of shapewear that she’s decided to wear. So, the choice is yours.
