Black and Gold

It’s beginning to really feel like the Holidays are upon us! My calendar is completely booked with parties for the rest of the year – it is a little overwhelming but I am sure it is going to be a lot of fun. It’s like anything in life – whether its meeting a deadline or running around from event to event, thinking about it too much can make it seem extremely daunting – but just doing it can be really surprisingly easy and enjoyable. Even outfit planning can seem like too much – I personally like to style the same things over and over in different ways so that is what helps me manage.

One of my favorite Holiday party looks includes this gold pleated skirt – which I talked about in my November Favorites video. I love a great midi skirt and this one comes in a variety of colors – just in case metallic gold is a bit much for your taste.
