Autumn Style

My absolute favorite part our neighborhood is the rainbow of colors the trees turn in Autumn. It really forces you to take a moment and appreciate the season before all of the vivid hot pink, yellow, and orange leaves on the trees will go bare and then soon after, everything covered with a blanket of white. I’m finding myself savoring my morning walks a little more than usual, especially now that I’m having little conversations with baby girl on the way. We are now nearly six months along and I’m starting to feel a lot more kicks and movement. Adam proudly tells random people that he is having a baby sister, and he loves to kiss my belly and feel for kicks. I love that he instinctively already loves her so much.

About the look, I’ve pretty been living in my Pink Blush Maternity jeans lately, and collecting oversized cozy sweaters like this one that comes in several colors ( and is less than $60).

Side note: Yesterday for Halloween we went trick or treating – see our costumes below – Briggs was not feeling his costume at all – about one minute after this picture he chewed his lobster hat right off! Also, I’m seriously nursing a candy hangover at the moment…

Oh and don’t forget to check out Shopbop’s surprise sale today – 40% off of many items! I’ve got my eye on this and this right now! halloween
