What I do before 8 am: my morning routine and updated workout routine ~ I’m currently using @versed skincare products which I really like so far (the products were gifted) and my workout routine is weight training 3 x a week on my @tonal (20-30 minute sessions) and a long walk daily if possible. On days I’m not lifting weights, I try different workouts like yoga or Pilates. My green smoothie is 1 apple, 1 banana, kale, spinach, ginger, lemon, and a dash of cayenne pepper. #morningroutine
