Maurices In Motion

Sometimes the cold weather makes it difficult to get outside and get moving. It is funny though because like with mostly everything, once you start doing it, you actually enjoy it. This past weekend my motivation came from a sweet gift from Maurices, which included some workout gear from their activewear line and a few extras like headphones and a water bottle. Pretty much everything I needed to work off my Thanksgiving feasting.

Adam was under the weather so I went out for a run with my golden retriever Briggs. He really loved going out after being cooped up in the house all night. Actually he was jumping and wagging his tail like a maniac as soon as he saw the leash come out! I wish I had that much enthusiasm about anything!

What I love about this outfit is really the fit of it. The jacket has a nipped waist and a longer front and back to really give you some shape, and the pants are completely fitted and long enough to keep your ankles warm. The sports bra (not pictured) and matching headband are so cute, I loved the black and white pattern because it will go with all of the rest of my workout outfits. I would suggest sizing down with the clothes because I find they run a little bigger than the sizing chart measurements, however the bra is right on.
