Bomber Jacket and Mom Jeans

At the moment I’m still extending the life of my non-maternity wear, though I have ordered a few key pieces from here, which I’m very excited to share here on the blog soon. This past weekend I grabbed this bomber jacket from Tom’s closet, since I wanted a slightly oversized look, and paired it with my favorite Levis 501CT jeans, which I like to call my ‘mom jeans’ but could also be called 90’s jeans. No matter how big you get (pregnant or not),  shoulders and ankles usually stay the same size (and look great), so a style tip I live by is to wear my jackets off-shoulder and jeans rolled up or slightly cropped. I’m so into this denim style right now, though I can’t give up my skinny jeans completely just yet 🙂 If I were to suggest one update to your Fall wardrobe, it would be to invest in some jeans with a 90’s fit. This could be high-waist, straight leg, or even baggy with wide pockets or patchwork. To dress up this look, I’d swap the shoes for heels and add a bodysuit or cami under my jacket.

Thanks so much for visiting as always xx
